We are seeking an experienced Technical Assistant/Administrator to work as part of the team providing an administration service to one of our Financial Planning Consultants.The role will involve:
- Research and information gathering
- Compliance of client files
- Development & maintenance of standard documentation
- Supporting the new business function
- Processing and tracking new business
- Communication with clients by letter and telephone
- Assisting with project work and other duties
Applicants must be well organised with good personal time management and the ability to manage the time of others. Must have good IT skills including quotations systems. Applicants will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be educated to GCSE level and hold a Financial Planning Certificate.
